Tips for a stuck factory sticker

If you’ve ever had a factory sticker set where the glue has bonded to the wax paper and you cannot remove it, here is a tip. The biggest offenders I’ve had were the A&A midnight green Eagles and the Panthers. This weekend I had an OPI Bills.
Microwave some water until it is piping hot.
Use a qtip to apply the hot water to the back of the wax paper.
The stickers will easily lift off.
You may end up with some fibers and glue clump residue on the sticker. Gently scrape that off with a razor blade.
After the sticker has thoroughly dried use good quality liquid glue and a paint brush to apply to the sticker.
Apply to the helmet.
