I started to post this in the "Seller Who Have Lost Their Minds" thread, but apparently it is a genuine rarity. I just don't think anyone cares enough to pay 3000 usd for it.

Also, the listing mentions "The Gumball Helmet Book". If this is available in electronic format, could somebody link to it? If not could somebody scan it or does anyone have an extra copy to sell?

Which reminds me...I ran across in a Google search some time ago this obituary for one Michael Simpson. It mentions that he was a collector and that he co-wrote a guide for gumball helmets. Probably the same one. I'd be surprised if there were two of them.

It's called the Gumball Helmet Collector's Guide & Checklist. I actually have the original release copy from 2012, and I have an updated version that was released last year. Dave Jingo is the other author, and it's only available in PDF format.

Jingo charges $30 for a copy. If anyone wants one from me for 33% less, shoot me a PM.
